Q: When will my kydex holster order ship?
A: We strive for 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
 
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: Your kydex holster will ship USPS Priority mail.
 
Q: What happens if theres an issue during shipment?
A: We will try our best to solve the issue, but will not be held liable for lost packages that show delivered.
 
Q: Can I return a holster I don't like?
A: Yes, within 30 days of receiving the kydex holster and it must be in like new condition for 100% money back excluding shipping costs.
 
Q: What material do you use?
A: .080" Boltaron 4335 
 
Q: Can you do a kydex holster for a custom firearm, knife, ect?
A: Yes, however you will need to schedule an in-person appointment.
 
Q: My gun isn't listed on the website
A: If this is the case we currently do no support your firearm. Please check back as new models will be added.
 
Q: What is your warranty?
A: CNC Holsters carry a Lifetime Warranty. This is transferrable no matter if you're the original buyer or not. Everything is covered with the exception of lost hardware or deliberately destroying your kydex holster. For example we will not return a kydex holster your dog has chewed on or that you cut in half.

Q: What should I put on the screws on my kydex holster?
A: Please use blue locktite on all hardware. We do not cover lost hardware under our warranty. It is your responsibility to locktite your hardware as our kydex holsters can be setup a number of ways, so we do not locktite anything.
